Role of the company. ADOLFO SPORT GLOBAL S.R.L. sells the products on this website directly to consumers, in its own name and on its own behalf, as a merchant (retailer). Fashion Pérez is not a marketplace, an intermediary or an agent acting for third-party sellers.
Invoicing. The sales contract is concluded with ADOLFO SPORT GLOBAL S.R.L., which is the legal entity that sells the products, receives the payment and issues the invoice for every order. The invoice is sent to the customer by email.
2. SCOPE
These Terms apply to all orders placed through the website. By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Payment Methods and Terms, Legal Guarantee, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
To place an order the customer must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
3. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and features are accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on the device screen settings. All products are subject to availability.
4. PRICES
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout, before the order is confirmed. Prices applicable to an order are those shown at the time the order is placed.
In case of an obvious error in the price shown, we will inform the customer, who may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
5. ORDER PROCESS
- Select the products and add them to the cart.
- Go to checkout and enter the billing and shipping details.
- Choose the shipping method and the payment method.
- Review the order summary and confirm the purchase with the obligation to pay.
After placing the order, the customer will receive an email acknowledging receipt. The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by email after the payment has been authorised.
5.1 Order cancellation
The customer can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is shipped, by writing to info@fashionperez.com or calling +40 727 527 443 and stating the order number. The full amount paid is refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order.
If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal described in section 8.
ADOLFO SPORT GLOBAL S.R.L. may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if the payment is not authorised or if there are reasonable signs of fraud. In this case the customer is informed by email and any amount paid is refunded in full within 14 days.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is made by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway. More information is available in our Payment Methods and Terms.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are currently shipped within Spain. Processing and delivery times, costs and incidents are described in our Shipping Policy.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, under the conditions described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised online, quickly and free of charge, using our online withdrawal form (art. 111, GEO 34/2014). Alternatively, the customer can send a clear statement to info@fashionperez.com. Full details are available in our Returns & refunds policy.
9. LEGAL GUARANTEE
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity described in our Legal Guarantee page.
10. LIABILITY
FASHION PÉREZ is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), nor for incorrect use of the products. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the consumer has under mandatory law.
11. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website is owned by the seller or used with authorisation and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
13. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
Any question, complaint or claim can be sent to info@fashionperez.com. We will reply as soon as possible.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC – www.anpc.ro) or the consumer authority of their country of residence.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable to each order is the one in force when the order was placed.
15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence. The consumer may bring claims before the courts of their place of residence.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (SAL) – ANPC
In accordance with Order no. 449/2022 of the President of the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), as amended, consumers are informed that, if a complaint cannot be resolved amicably with us, they may use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL – Soluționarea Alternativă a Litigiilor) procedure.
