2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We may process the following data provided by the user when placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to the newsletter or contacting us:
- Identification data: first name and last name.
- Contact data: email address, telephone number, postal and billing address.
- Order data: products purchased, amounts and order history.
- Technical data: IP address and browsing data collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Card details are entered directly in the secure environment of the payment provider and are not stored by FASHION PÉREZ.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS
- Managing orders, payments, shipping, returns and customer service – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Issuing invoices and complying with tax and accounting obligations – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Answering enquiries sent through the contact form or by email – legitimate interest and/or pre-contractual measures.
- Sending newsletters and commercial communications – consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.
4. RETENTION PERIOD
Data are kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, accounting and tax obligations). Newsletter data are kept until the user unsubscribes.
5. RECIPIENTS
Data may be shared only with providers necessary to provide the service, such as payment providers, carriers, hosting and email marketing services, acting as processors under a data processing agreement, and with public authorities when required by law. Data are not sold to third parties.
Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are made with the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Card payments are processed securely by NETOPIA Payments, an authorised payment institution. Card data is entered exclusively on the secure NETOPIA Payments page and is never received or stored by FASHION PÉREZ. NETOPIA Payments processes the payment data as an independent controller, in accordance with its own privacy notice.
6. USER RIGHTS
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@fashionperez.com.
The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP – www.dataprotection.ro) or with the data protection authority of their country of residence.
