2. CURRENCY AND TAXES
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. The total amount of the order, including shipping costs, is shown to the customer before the payment is confirmed.
3. TIME OF PAYMENT
Payment is made at the time the order is placed. The order is only processed once the payment has been authorised by the card issuer.
4. PAYMENT SECURITY
Payments are processed through secure payment gateways using an encrypted connection. Card details are not stored on the servers of FASHION PÉREZ. Your bank may ask you to authenticate the payment (3D Secure).
5. DECLINED PAYMENTS
If the payment is declined by the bank or card issuer, the order will not be processed. The customer may try again with another card or contact their bank.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is confirmed, the customer will receive the order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
7. INVOICING
The customer can request the invoice for their order by writing to info@fashionperez.com and stating the order number.
