Withdrawal form

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason (art. 111, Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, and Directive 2011/83/EU).

    Use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order (art. 111, Romanian GEO 34/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU). You will receive a confirmation by email.
